Getting to Know You!

Now that you have booked a session, I have a few questions for you to answer.

I will email a questionnaire to complete and return, but in the meantime............

1) Please list the names of each person being photographed. If there are children, please also list ages.

2) Please list one fun fact about each person that will be photographed. This is a great way to get a conversation going and even make true smiles.

3) Please let us know the special reasons for wanting a professional photo session (e.g. birthday, event etc.)

4) When was the last time you had professional photos taken?

5) Is there any special location that best describes your family? Would this be a location you would like photos taken at? (e.g. park, beach, city etc.)

6) What does your family love to do together? (e.g. picnics, sports, movie night etc.)

7) Are there any photographs & poses that stand out to you that you have seen in the past? (e.g. kids holding hands, parents blurred in background etc.)

8) How would you like to display your photographs? (e.g. framed, printed photo books, canvases, etc.)

9) Is there a specic room in your home that you are intending to display these photos?

10) Did someone refer you to our company? Who?
